One of the best locations I’ve been to. The customer service is beyond perfect. The lady taking our order made sure we were or were not wanting to get all the add one we could. Double checked everything and made sure we were happy. Spoke so clearly that even I could understand it and I’m 90% def and wearing hearing aids. Only two minus was the little girl making the drinks and organization. As the little girl was measuring off the milk to use for a Small and Medium hot chocolate.. measured off too little so she filled up the medium all the way, and the small one only a quarter ... then filled the rest with cream... while I was watching. Lucky to you that I like cream and that I like my drink not too hot.....
Secondly there were only 3 employees and too many customers. Which resulted in that we had to wait forever, as one person did taking the order and making food. The other person was cashing clients out and making food. And the last one was making drinks and food and calling people.... you guys...
Read moreThis is true and really true if you look at comments online. Service is really really........BAD I can't believe the famous Einstein Bagel was training their employees like that. Sorry, it's not all location. What I'm trying to tell you and put my comments here is only this location at Sheldon Rd. I have been working in Plymouth couple years and I love Einstein Bagels. I went to this store couple times. All I received from Girls-service really bad. They really don't know how to SMILE or even say thank you to their loyal customers. More than that I can say it is "Racism" because I'm Asian. Yeah it is. Girls service same way to my friends who are Indians the other days.
Why I say "racism" because girls in that store smile to their friends sometimes. Just last few days my wife went there to check whether it's true or not. Finally, she understands what I was trying to tell her. COME ON....Girls. You guys need to learn how to smile, happy and saying thank you before standing in there to serve...
Read moreFor years, I have come here regularly when I am in the area for work. Service and food usually are good but today I was walking up at 12:47 knowing they close at 1 and even though the blonde saw me walking up, she locked the door and turned off the Open sign. I continue to walk up and confirmed the hours on the door while she ran to the back acting like she didn’t notice me. I decide to start walking over to Subway instead while I called to confirm if they are still open and Kelsey answered and confirmed they close at 1:00 while I begin to tell her I tried to come but the door was locked. She offered to let me in and sent the blonde back to unlock the door. At this point they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them to ask them to do their jobs and I felt this establishment no longer deserves my business so I walked away. Luckily, I live near the Telegraph location and will hope they don’t suck as bad at doing the bare minimum for their jobs. Posted...
