Hello Google Family. How are you and your family? I visited this location of Burlington for the first time yesterday. I have been to this Plymouth Meeting Mall many times. The Burlington Coat Factory is in the Plymouth Meeting Mall. This Plymouth Meeting Mall is my favorite mall, probably because of the Edge Fitness Club. The Edge Fitness Club is a part of the mall. I love working out at the Edge. Its funny, all the time that I spend working out at the Edge, I have not visited the mall that much. I have only been to Boscov's and the hair supply store in the mall. I came here to purchase some more short sets for the summer. I saw some clothing that I liked on the racks and then I tried them on in the fitting room. This Burlington location was different than the one in Cheltenham. I could take as many articles of clothing that I wanted in the fitting room. It wasn't just 6 like the one at the Cheltenham Mall. I took 8 articles of clothing in the fitting room. I tried them all on. I decided on three outfits. Three tops and three bottoms. I then proceeded to tally them up like I did when I purchased the items at the Burlington Coat Factory at the Cheltenham Mall. It came to $65.94. So then I gathered up everything and then I stood in the long check out line. When it was my turn to check out, I gave my items to the associate and I asked if I could have the hangers. She said that they could not give the hangers to the customers. I told her that the location at Cheltenham Mall, gave me the hangers and then she repeated the same thing. And I said ok and then I left and I put the clothes back on the racks. What a stupid rule!! The business would not be in business if it was not for customers like you and me that purchase their items. I will be going back to the Burlington location in Cheltenham Mall to purchase my future short sets. This location of Burlington has lost me as a customer forever!!! Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out. An update to this review is that I went to the Target location in Wayne and I asked about the hanger policy. They told me that I could keep the hangers. Now the location of Burlington in Cheltenham tells me that I could not keep the hangers. Burlington has lost me as a customer forever. I will be purchasing future items at Target, the one in Wayne. Good night Google Family. The pics are the clothes that I purchased at Target. Better quality, they cost more, but they were...
Read moreUse to be a good place to go to. Now not so much. Fitting rooms are always closed. And the fitting rooms near the front of the store that they set up for use are closed at all times as well. There's no point in people coming to this location if they can't try things on. Other wise it's just a constant back and forth between buying, taking home to try on, and then returning it if it doesn't fit. At first I assumed that it was because it was late at night, so I started coming in earlier. Even when I want to try things on 4 hours before closing the fitting rooms are locked and nobody can try anything on. It's such an inconvenience that I've started to go to other stores instead. I'd rather drive 15 extra minutes to the second closest Burlington than not be able to...
Read moreI had an infant in a stroller and a member of management told me I had to take the infant out of the stroller in order to try items on. Exactly how does one try stuff on in the dressing room with an infant out of its seat/stroller?!? This is the only store that's ever said that to me. And the only Burlington that's done so as well. She was rude and assumed that I was going to steal. It's not my problem that people steal but its also preposterous to ask a mother to take their infant out of the seat and stroller in order to try items on. Basically...I gave the items to the fitting room attendant and walked out. Maybe you should be more attentive to your customers and you wouldnt have to worry about theft. And work on your...
