I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the experience my family and I had at your store located in Plymouth Meeting Mall.
During our recent visit to your store, my wife and I were browsing through your collection, and as any supportive spouse would do, I accompanied her to the fitting room area to provide feedback on her selections. However, to our shock and embarrassment, we were approached by a manager who informed us that someone had complained about my presence in the fitting room area and implied that I was not allowed to be there.
This encounter was not only incredibly rude but also deeply humiliating for both myself and my family. It is disheartening to be subjected to such treatment, especially when we were simply trying to enjoy a shopping outing together.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, the way in which this situation was handled fell far short of that standard.
I urge you to take appropriate measures to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or embarrassed while patronizing your establishment.
