I went to this particular to Chick-fil-A on June 24, 2021 and learned that the prices on the menu was wrong. This is called bait and switch. The prices on the menu was $0.40 lower than the register price. I told the cashier that the price is wrong she agreed and said that is a old menu. I asked to speak to the managers, which I talked to two managers and both agreed that the prices on the menu was wrong and the customers was charged 40% higher. I told them that they must charged the price that's on the menu. The cashier and two managers refused. I turned around and told everybody in the restaurant to look at your receipts, you're not paying the price that you agreed. That's when the manager asked me to leave. Chick-fil-A can be a Christian business by closing on Sunday but be a sinful business by knowingly over charging people. We don't know how long that Chick-fil-A have been increasing their prices with the menu still the same. This sound like a story in the Bible where Jesus turned over the tables in Temple when he learned that they was over...
Read moreDid a big order for a work lunch, selected curbside pickup as it was assumed to be the most convenient. Very wrong. I got my order over 10 minutes after the app said my order was on the way out. When I called the store to see if they needed me to come in or were having trouble finding my car, I was met with an attitude and an explanation that their screen had been “bombarded” as if I was supposed to preemptively know that. I would have been way more understanding if had simply apologized and explained they were having a rush but the way he acted like I should just know was pretty rude. If someone is spending money at your establishment you should not have them waiting so long and then catch an attitude when they are needing faster service. I mean that’s why we go to Chick-fil-A in the first place lol. On top of that they forgot my drink. I love Chick-fil-A but it’s clear that if you’re used to the brand’s standards, or decent customer service in general, steer clear of this location. Won’t be making that...
Read moreMy 12-year-old daughter and I stopped for lunch here last Saturday while spending some much-needed time together. It’s been a difficult few weeks—I’m recovering from a major, life-saving surgery—and this little outing meant a lot to both of us.
We had a Chick-fil-A gift card, but when we tried to use it, it wouldn’t go through. It turned out that I had accidentally transferred the balance to the mobile app instead of keeping it on the card. The owner/operator, Scott, and the lady behind the counter (I wish I had caught her name!) were incredibly kind, patient, and gracious as we tried to sort things out. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out and that our visit was pleasant.
In a week that had been filled with stress and recovery, their small act of kindness really meant a lot. My daughter and I left not only with great food but with hearts encouraged. Thank you, Scott, and the whole Chick-fil-A Plymouth Meeting Mall team—you reminded us how much simple kindness can brighten...
