This place is MAGICAL! Calling it a “toy store” doesn’t do it justice—it’s more like a whimsical experience that transports you to the toy store equivalent of Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory! Things to know before you go: 📍Bamp’s Toy Vault 36 Main St, Plymouth, MA 🧸 Bamp’s is the largest toy store in eastern New England, and you’ll find collectibles, major brand names, old-fashioned toys, as well as specialty and locally made toys. 🏦 It is located inside an old bank so the vault has been reimagined to hold one of America’s favorite toy brands, LEGO®! ✨ But that’s not the only surprise you’ll come across at Bamp’s — around every corner and through every doorway you’ll discover something new and exciting. 📚And you HAVE TO see their utterly charming Bookstore area (I am obsessed with the wallpaper they used!) 🍦And once you’re finished shopping, step into Mika’s Ice Cream Corner, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor right inside the toy store, serving flavors that range from classic vanilla bean to cotton candy (plus a few sorbet options) 🕑 STORE HOURS: Open 7 days a week Monday - Saturday: 10am-7pm Sunday: 10am-5pm 🅿️ There’s metered parking all along Court/Main Street, and if you turn down Middle Street there’s a small prepaid parking lot there as well 🛝 And if you’re looking for a playground nearby, our 2 favorites are Nelson Memorial Park and Stephen’s Field playground (aka Douglass C.
