Kohl's — Local services in Plymouth

5/17/22 updated review: Still great doing Amazon returns here,but now you go down to their Customer Service (between women's plus size & baby clothes, left of front entrance). This is also where you come for pickup items, public restrooms (mens,ladies,all genders). 3 returns earned me a $5 coupon, which I would have spent more $ with %15 coupon. Always use coupon with sale items, shirts on sale in time for hot weather 😍. I dropped a (*)for the rude cashier. She chatted up the woman ahead of me who used a Kohls card but barely managed a greeting for me. Never asked me if I wanted a Kohls card,just took my cash and shoved my paper bag to end of counter. No more plastic bags at Kohls, which I don't mind. The only difference I could see was that I was wearing a mask and everyone around me wasn't. Otherwise I stood in line, waited til the other woman was finished and approached. I was there after work and if this cashier felt she had too many people, then she should have called for backup. Hopefully this changes,next time I'd be inclined to speak with a manager. The Kohls store has a nice selection of just about anything you need. Still...

I used to love, Kohl's stores. Then I received a gift card, and, attempting to purchase ANYTHING, affordable was almost impossible. Then, a family member, was given a necklace from, Kohl's, this past, X-mas, the necklace was for my 13 yr. old, who decided she didn't really like it, so we went to return the, $100.00, item. The store would only, give her, $25.00, in store credit. As, I said before, I feel that their prices are too high. So, then, $25 credit to find, nothing there but, a fleece blanket... ( a throw blanket), is all she got...and, had to pay out of pocket as well. Even clearance items, are ridiculously high. Quality of Kohl's clothing, etc., no different than some clothing I have purchased from, Dollar General, who generally sells, clothing, made by, Bobbie Brooks! Great quality and much,...

I feel harassed everytime I go up to the register by an older women with glasses who is tall. For the hundredth time I don't want to open the charge. I go in there enough times so that she should recognize me. I think Kohl's needs to change its policies and stop bugging people with the whole credit card thing it's demoralizing and I feel harassed when I say no I expect somebody to accept it. I don't expect them to go on and on with this big Speel about how much money I can save. it's not fair to me or the other people that are waiting in line. Somebody needs to tell this woman to stop the other employees don't do this once you say no they just leave you alone. This woman is not an asset to your company she's a harassing...
