"I arrived at the store almost at closing time, but still with 20-30 minutes left. Despite this, the staff showed no interest in assisting me. I specifically asked for an item that was hanging on the wall, but the staff member insisted that it was just the lighting making it appear a different color. She then showed me another item that was supposed to be similar but was still not the color I wanted and was even scratched up. I explained this to her, but she still asked me to check for damage before she went to get a ladder to retrieve the item. I told her that it's not easy to see damage from that height. My absolute favorite store for home decor! My whole house is decorated from here and I get so many compliments. I have the beach decor look and they always have something new to add to it.
