I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Ashley Lauren’s during my recent visit. I booked a 1.5-hour appointment online, excited to get my hair done for my birthday. However, when I arrived, I was met with a series of frustrations that completely overshadowed my expectations.

First and foremost, Ashley was late to the appointment and offered no apology for her tardiness. From the moment she walked in, it was clear that she was in a terrible mood. While I understand that everyone has their off days, I was willing to overlook her attitude, hoping to still have a positive experience.

However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Ashley berated me for not booking a 3-hour appointment, and her rudeness was palpable. I tried to express my feelings, letting her know that her behavior was unnecessary, but instead of responding professionally, she informed me that she was canceling my appointment. I found myself practically begging her to take my money for the service I had scheduled.

This entire experience was disheartening, and I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived. I can see why Ashley has so few positive ratings compared to other stylists in the area. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Sola Salon, and I cannot recommend it to others based on my experience. I’d give it 0...

Ashley Lauren is amazing! A teacher at my school recommended her to me, and she has definitely exceeded my expectations. Every time I go in, I have a great experience and leave feeling really satisfied with her work.

On Monday I went to Taylor at TayloredBrows (Studio 14) and she worked her magic on my brows. She created a welcoming, calming, and exciting space throughout the entire process.
