World of Smoke — Local services in Pooler

I was initially impressed with the selection and knowledge of the staff. However, by the end of my visit, it was clear that the owner seemed more interested in selling/pushing certain higher ticket products than giving me exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a disposable and flavor is the most important to me. This was the first thing I said when i walked in. He proceeded to offer me Thc products, which wasn't what I was looking for at the moment. I expressed my flavor preferences and made a selection. Once I made my choice, he went on for another 5-10 minutes pushing the thc products. I declined and made my purchase. He opened it for me to taste after purchasing. I IMMEDIATELY hated it...and it wasn't about the wrong flavor (which is more on me), but a complete lack of flavor. Because we could smell it, he completed disregarded the fact that the taste was MAJORLY nonexistent. I wasn't trying to get something for nothing, I just wanted what I made clear was most important to me. I even asked if I could exchange the product for something of comparable or even lesser value. He said no because the battery worked fine and that's all he cared about. He offered me $5 off another product, but by then, I had zero confidence in his recommendations and spending my money there. Again, I left feeling like he just wanted to sell me wanted he wanted to sell me with little regard for my preferences. I've gotten great, honest, service with better products for less money. I don't even know where to start when talking about this shop! This is the BEST smoke shop in the Pooler/Savannah area! The owner and staff are so friendly, kind, and informative. Deep and Nilisha are so sweet and genuine! Every time I come here (pretty often, like every three days) I spend an hour or more just hanging out with them. This store is beautiful, well-lit, and classy. The quality of the products are top-notch and always authentic. The prices are reasonable and affordable for anything I've needed from here. With so many shoddy shops around town it's a breath of fresh air to finally find a place with integrity and quality! Keep doing what...

I am traveling from Virginia to Florida and stopped in Georgia to get a hotel. I was looking for a smoke shop and found World of Smoke. Not sure if he was the owner but he was amazing. Had exactly what I needed plenty of stock. I stopped at this shop on my way to Florida and on my way back to Virginia I made a stop just to go to this shop just because of the excellent service. I will be traveling to Florida again in December and I will definitely be stopping here again for any future items I need just because of the service I received if I could have rated them a 10 that would be how...
