Oh my goodness, let me just gush about 7 Brew Coffee! Seriously, if you haven't been, you are missing out on the absolute best drive-thru coffee experience around. From the second you pull up, you're hit with this incredible wave of positive energy – it's infectious!
To start off, the customer service is out of this world. Every single staff member is genuinely friendly and makes you feel like you're the most important person in line. They're quick, efficient, but never make you feel rushed. It's like they've bottled sunshine and put it in their employees!
Speaking of stars, I have to give a huge shout-out to Nikki! She's just one of those people who lights up your day. No matter how busy they are, she always manages to make a real connection, remember your order, and just has this amazing knack for making you smile.
On the drink side, their coffee is top-notch, obviously, but you have to try their energy fizzers. They're an absolute hoot! And I was recently inspired by the "How To Train Your Dragon" live-action movie and came up with the "Toothless" drink aka "The Night fury" it's made by getting the nightshade drink added with coconut syrup and cream! It's a must try and yes, you will be enthralled and on cloud-9 yourself! So many fun flavors, and they give you that perfect little zing to get you through the day.
And for all my fellow pet parents out there, you'll be thrilled to know they are uberly pet-friendly! My furry co-pilot gets just as excited as I do about pulling up to 7 Brew because they offer adorable pup cups and treats. It's such a thoughtful touch that just makes the whole experience even better.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed by the Manager, but Great Staff Support
As a regular at 7 Brew, I usually love trying new drinks and experimenting with flavors. It’s one of my favorite spots, and I always look forward to my visits. However, my recent experience was very disappointing, especially with how it was handled by the store manager.
I ordered a large Toasted Coconut Blonde, expecting it to taste like the description and name suggest — toasted coconut and all. But instead, it tasted just like a regular blonde, with no noticeable coconut flavor at all. When I brought this up to the manager, Jaquan, hoping for a simple fix or at least some understanding, his response was surprisingly unhelpful. He told us we should’ve known to “add extra scoops of powders, etc.” — which made no sense, since a drink shouldn’t require extra charges or adjustments just to taste like what it’s advertised as.
What made the situation worse was that he didn’t even offer to remake the drinks or provide any real solution. Thankfully, an employee named Georgia stepped in. She was kind, understanding, and immediately offered to remake the drinks without hesitation. That kind of customer service is exactly why I come back to places like 7 Brew — but it was disappointing to see a store manager telling her not to do it.
It’s unfortunate when the staff handles a situation more professionally and kindly than the manager. Georgia went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated her approach. Jaquan, on the other hand, didn’t reflect the same level of care or customer service that I’ve come to expect from this location.

Read moreI once would’ve given this a five star review because I was at seven brew almost every single day. Back when a young girl named Audrey worked there things seem to flow in my coffee. Drink was always amazing. The past four visits that I have been there I feel like I should’ve just tossed my money out of my car window. I really need the owners to take this review to know that I love seven brew, but your people making coffee needs some major training. I always get a frozen drink, sugar-free almost daily. I come in with my son and his partner and the past four times in a row. All of our drinks have been horrible. We normally go to seven brew before we go walking But we have had to toss our drinks out at the park. Yesterday I got a cup of milk with a hint of something in it it was not caramel, and it had no sugar. The time before that I had a medium cup of foam with literally nothing in it. I am not one to normally complain , but if this was my business, I would want somebody to tell me. Whoever has been in charge of making the drinks needs serious training. It’s not like spending two or three dollars it’s spending over six dollars plus a tip per drink only to be disappointed. I really hope someone will investigate this because they really need some help to fix this issue before you start losing a lot of customers.
