I visited this shop, and I saw that they had Hermit Crabs for sale. They were kept in a small enclosure, with tens of hermit crabs. There was little to no sand substrate (when there should be a 6 inch deep mix of sand and soil for hermit crab molting purposes), and I saw multiple dead hermit crabs. There was salt and freshwater as required, but they looked like they hadn’t been cleaned out in days. All the shells were painted, and this is proven to be toxic to the crabs. My request is that they either do the proper research, as a responsible distributor of live animals should do, and act on what they find to create a suitable enclosure, or they stop selling them in general. Hermit crabs are incredibly complex live creatures, and what I saw at this shop was cruel. The last four photos are pictures of the environment and care that hermit crabs should receive. They’re my two hermit crabs, Riptide and River. Please, don’t continue as you have been for years, making the same mistakes with no change. Act. Make a change. Be better people. Thank you for reading, and have a great rest of your day!

Careful getting their "custom t-shirts"!! They make it simple to get a custom shirt. Just choose the shirt and choose the design and they iron it on for you for a small charge. I bought one and washed it when I got home only to have the transfer come almost completely off! Yes, they would probably replace it but this was a souvenir for our trip so now I'm several hundred miles away, without my souvenir shirt and my money is still there! So disappointing!!!

Stopped in to see what they had to offer before heading back home. They had a lot of apparel and some souvenirs. They do custom shirts and jackets. Their prices were kind of high compared to other shops we went into. Saw a small crocheted sea turtle about palm size but it was $24.99 seemed a little high. We bought a souvenir lighter for my dad and that was 16.99. Customer service was ok.

Would give no stars do to the fact they didn’t put items that were paid for in our bag and the item was no where to be found when we went back inside the shop after minutes of exiting it. We had to go find another item like the one we paid for, it was “the last one” although the area we got it from was full with them. They also added an additional price on the shirt tag with a pen when we were not looking. We were then charged the original price along with the price they added in pen! The additional price was NOT advertised anywhere, and they didn’t even mention that they would have to charge us that extra amount for whatever reason. I would recommend anyone shopping here to check their receipt and bags before...

I have been to several of the souvenir shops in Port Aransas and although most of them are pretty much the same this one had a few things that the other did not carry such as shovels, Kids Sand buckets, and a variety of hats and few more items that we're not carried around from other souvenir stories the environment was amazing the staff was very helpful even asked for placement of the decal that we were getting on our shirts and the other souvenir places did not even ask that so that was a nice touch to that also their clothing I felt was a little different from the other stores so from now on going to Port Aransas this will be one of my favorite souvenir...
