Rack Room Shoes — Local services in Port Orange

I usually go here every 3 to 6 months to buy 2 sets of shoes. This time I went in and picked out a pair of running shoes that were priced at $64.99. I browsed around for a couple to see if anything peaks my interest. Nothing new so I decided to just buy the one pair of shoes. I go to check out and the young man rang me up. I have an account with this company so I asked if he wanted my number and he said his system was down. Then he asked if I'm gonna pay cash or card. I said card I see the price on the machine priced at $91.89. I told the guy and lady that the price was wrong. The price of the shoes were $64.99. The lady when over to check to make sure if I was correct. In the mean time the guy tried to get me to pay before the price could be changed. The lady confirmed that the price tag was in the In the wrong spot but they both refused to change the price. I work retail if something is priced wrong you change the price. They both didn't care and refused to change the price with that being said I will not be returning to this company because of both unprofessional employees that were there. I went here for the first time and I was impressed by the service and selection. The people their were super nice without being too much. I wish they had more Nike classic style airmaxs, but they had some really good deals and new styles i haven't seen. Plus my wife got a sneaker so we got half off. Their bogo is a little confusing bc not everything is included but the woman explained it well and helped me find my wife shoes. I walked into shop with my minor child. And was called slurs by the mumbling assistant manager “Korisa” for asking for basic costumer service. “Korisa” blatantly refused my child entry to use the stores restroom?? All the while “Lilly” a cashier stood and looked without intervention

To make matters even more uncomfortable the manager “Caner” appeared drunk, and repeatedly ogled by 11 yr old son in a creepy way
