To date, no refunds have been issued to vendors, ticket holders, or sponsors, despite payments being collected as early as January 2025. Adding to the concern, the organizers are not even based in Montana, yet they accepted money from our community and have failed to return it.

If the organizers, Shelley and Erin, are genuinely committed to rectifying the situation, the most appropriate course of action would be to sell their dispensary or secure alternative funding to ensure that all parties are repaid. I would give them more stars if I could. Port Orford is fortunate to have such a great dispensary. It is clean, well-lit and organized. I am not a "local" but have visited several times. It just keeps getting better! The selection is great. The budtenders greet you with a smile and they are so helpful and knowledgeable. I've been super pleased with everything I have gotten there.
