Burlington — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

This Burlington is one of the worst Stores as far as customer service and cleanliness at the front. I myself worked at Ross for about two years and know what is considered being acceptable. I understand it’s Christmas time and that it might get a little hectic but to have a whole line and then two cashiers that seem like they don’t want to do their job let alone have an attitude, didn’t greet me when I walked up and just completely nasty was unacceptable. The cashier that was rude was a long-haired brunette lady that was Caucasian and just seemed miserable her whole entire shift. As I was going to say my email when she asked for it, she cut me off with an attitude and said can you just type it there referring to the pin pad. To be so blatantly dismissive was just absolutely rude. There is also a Hispanic lady named Nuvia, Who was just absolutely disrespectful and unwelcoming when passing by. The Burlington in Port St Lucie West refused to give me a refund for my $10 slippers because I didn’t have my receipt. (Defective with something sharp poking my toe.) I bought them amongst a $350 purchase and could not find the receipt. The cashier & supervisor were rude and Unaccommodating. I remembered how nice they were at the Jensen Beach location so I went there. That location looked up my transaction (with my phone number and credit card used.) they were fast and nice and they refunded my $10 for the defective slippers. Then I spent another $230 in the JB location in the next 45 minutes. Love your deals and your stuff but good customer service is everything! Thank you Burlington Jensen Beach! Just wanted to leave some positive feedback for Pam the Supervisor. She was knowledgeable and took her time to deal with my returns. I noticed her being friendly to her coworkers and genuinely concerned for the flow of the checkout line and the needs of customers. I literally saw her breakout into a jog to get something done! As far as the store, the bathrooms are always clean here and the staff keeps the store tidy, cold, well stocked and rotated. I’d also like to mention the older Spanish gentleman who wears a security guard uniform and greets you at the door. That man is the image of love.
