Five Below — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

Please fix your bathroom! Third time we've been in there in the past couple months and all bathrooms are closed off for customer and Employee use. Last time the explanation was we called the plumber but they couldn't come out until tomorrow. The time before that was it was just fixed and then broke again today. Finally this time the employee said everyone clogs it up so were not allowed to use it. She referred me to speak with the manager on duty which she said something similar but then said well we were told by Corporate were not allowed to call the plumber anymore so her staff and customers have to go to Bealls to use the restroom. 5 below staff please call OSHA or Corporate HR and file compliant considering if Corporate indeed told you your not allowed to call a plumber to fix the bathroom I promise it will be fixed immediately or they will be subject to a fine and the embarrassment of having to explain this to their home office. If this was something a member of management told you to tell the customers I promise it will also be fixed considering the manager/owner will be terminated immediately to avoid a potential lawsuit or employee malpractice. A 200$ service call is much cheaper than what you'll receive from the state. Craziest part was how the manager and employee both could care less and were more argumentative than sympathetic or apologetic. At the time they were operating cash only because the internet system wasn't officially up and running yet, and if you don't know for some reason SLW was really spotty internet.
