I have always loved shopping every inch of the Homegoods store. They carry a huge variety of items at very reasonable prices. Although on this particular day I went there on a mission in search of Hanukkah 🕎 items. The store was packed with Christmas 🎄 items, as are most stores, however, if I hadn’t asked I never would’ve seen the ONE display of Hanukkah items. Forgive me but how is a basket of blue & white wrapped chocolates a “Hanukkah” item? 🤦🏻‍♀️ I did, however, find Hanukkah pasta that I thought was adorable but other than those two items it was mostly blue & white candles & sprinkles to top your baking. I still love this store but it’s obvious that, once again, they are focused on how commercialized Christmas is. I’m certain many will find what they are looking for if it’s not Hanukkah related. In fact, for the football 🏈 lovers out there, I had to snap a photo of a chair they are selling 😂 now THATS a very unique & comfy chair, not for my house, but I’m sure someone will get it for...

I visited the Saint Lucie West HomeGoods store! Of course everything I needed and more however, this isn’t about Me finding everything I needed it goes beyond that the care I received from Roslyn was absolutely beyond stellar service! She went on the call of duty to help me not only that but to listen to the situation, I’ve come against in my life at this stage. She not only has the ability for home decorating, but the ability to lend a kind ear with phenomenal quotes of encouragement!! This review is for this morning. I usually love this HomeGoods. Always. Great items and great customer service. Except for this morning. I waited in line for 20 minutes, three people in front of me, one person at the register and no back up cashier was called. They did call someone for an upset customer, but by this time there were 6 other people in line. When I mentioned it to the cashier, “There’s only one cashier?” she looked at me as if I was the problem. And didn’t say a WORD. nothing. She just looked at me and handed me my receipt.
