New owner ...same great food I love this place, service is great food is very good and quick. Unless you order the pork chops, it takes 20 minutes. But they are very good. Nothing has changed , everything is the same. Only draw back is the the restaurant is small and fills up really quick specially on Sundays. You have to wait for a table, sometimes outside. Not good... But prices are good and they give you enough food. This place is only open for breakfast , brunch, and lunch as they close everyday at 3 pm. We had breakfast at House of Pancakes in the center. Seated quickly, wait staff is always attentative & fast. Hubby ordered the chopped steak plate & I had their LoCal protein plate. I couldn't believe all the food on the dish. A quarter pound burger, hard boiled egg, a cup of cottage cheese, watermelon & grapes, tomato, pickle spear all on a bed of fresh lettuce. The waitress even brought a bowl of soup to take home that came with a fresh roll too. Both of our meals were under $10.00 each.
