Starbucks — Restaurant in Portage

I literally despise going to this Starbucks. Over the years, it’s gotten so much more worse. The best times to go is in the evening when there’s no one pretty much in line. I’ve gone through the drive through when there’s one person in front of me, and still waited upwards of 25 minutes for a simple iced chai. The workers are slow as molasses and if they suspect you’re getting frustrated because they’re taking their sweet Mary time making a chai tea while carrying on conversations with other workers, they go even slower. I’ve been late for work countless times because of how freaking slow this Starbucks is. Keep in mind that I leave my house a hour early also to compensate for the time spent getting food before work. One time I ordered an oatmeal, and waited over 25 minutes in line for a freaking oatmeal. OH! And then you guys are constantly out of oat milk, which I have no idea how that can be the case WHEN YOU HAVE A GROCERY STORE IN FRONT OF YOUR STORE YOU CAN LITERALLY WALK TO AND GET MORE MILK. The other day for example, I was told they were out of oat milk. I did chuckle and then asked why they couldn’t just go when theyre out of certain things and go to Meijer for those things. Sooo, I got my usual chai with almond milk. I swear that barista didn’t put any chai in my drink because all I tasted was straight up almond milk. Now, I drive ten minutes out of my way while on my way to work and I just hit up the Starbucks on Indianapolis Blvd in Highland. I can be stuck in rush hour traffic,be like the tenth customer in line at that drive through, and make it through the line with ordering food in under...

Life is short & full of attractions that we lust & crave for , but Jesus warns us in the Bible that humanity will pass quickly than comes Eternity & judgement after death of this life, seek Salvation in Jesus Christ while you're alive , acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior that only He can forgive sins , sin will separate us from God in Eternity, without God in Eternity is real hell, no freedom & no chance of joy, it's where souls wish they would get another chance to relive life once again & change their destiny in the after life , the rich man & the poor Lazarus is such a once upon a time story in the past Jesus Christ explained , come to Jesus Christ & seek your Salvation, no other Name has beed given to us by which we can be saved only Jesus Christ that died on the cross for the sins of whom ever shall believe and be Saved from Eternal damnation & hell fire. John 3:16 Old & young come to Repent of sins & be Saved from the Judgement that is to come on the Day of the Lord , Jesus Christ will be the Judge of all life , He will Judge the wicked the Bible says so , the Word of God shall not pass away until it is fulfilled. Pleasures of seconds in this life are nothing but traps to get pulled away from the Savior Jesus Christ that Saves us from eternal fire .

I wouldn't give a start but it requires one to leave a rating. Today was the worst service we have ever received. Kim at the counter was rude as can be. When we walked in we as in my sisters and I (3 guests ) greeted the entire staff who should have greeted us. My sisters who visit the store 2 and sometimes 3 times a day asked Tom K. the SM. to make our drinks because she knows that he makes them the way she likes them (take that as a complement) . He refuses to make the drinks says that he isn't going making drinks. The cashier keeps rubbing her nose and touching everything and the drinks are wrong. After, the employee puts chocolate in a cup and transfers the drinks in a new cup the drinks still don't taste right. My sister tells Tom but he tells her they are right and refuses to remake them. The asks her to step outside where he talks to her and she tells him that she feels that the cashier treated her badly and was rude and he said it was because she went in their and asked for him to make her drinks. Justifying that it is ok for the cashier to be rude because you make a special request. I told Tom it was not ok to justify and blame a customer for the actions of the cashier. I have taken the matter up with corporate but Tom should never belittle customers. He should...
