This place is extremely expensive compared to their competitors and horrible customer service. I bought three disposable vapes, brand- Juicy, flavor- Bahama Mama. One of the three did not work. I called under 24 hours and told them about it. They informed me they would not replace it. That I had to open up all three in the store and try them. Which is ridiculous. All of their prices are the highest in the area. I believe they sell the brand I listed above for $22 a piece. Bobs Discount Tobacco literally a few stores down sells them for $12 a piece or if you buy two for $22 (discounted for buying two). Not only that when the situation I described above happen with a vape ( same brand and flavor) Bobs Discount Tobacco replaced the vape free of charge (all I needed was my receipt or the card I used) and it was two or three days later. I buy them in bulk normally 4 or more at a time. Which is why I don’t notice right away. I normally go to Bobs Discount Tobacco but they were sold out of the brand and flavor I always buy. I do not recommend this place. If they sell you a malfunctioning merchandise they will not replace it.

Can’t figure out how to reply to the owners response. So I’ll just add it here. I tried calling you numerous times now and no answer. I own two small businesses in the area. So don’t try and hide behind the small business excuse for your insane mark up. Also, you trying to marketing that you advocate against smoking (addiction) is hilarious but I suppose a good marketing strategy. Mr. Fog switches are $26.99 plus 7% tax & 15% tax on top of that with no deals what's so ever. I asked for the cheapest disposable & deal & had two space bars 5000. They were good.... for a day really & was bland afterwards & a bit burnt. I even asked the guy if it was good & the flavors were amazing to me (watermelons slushie & coco colada), the guy said they were fanominal & helped him quit cigarettes. He signed me up for their deal or promotion on my email (which I didn't ask or wanted to in the first place). It all also rung up to $42 almost $43 dollars. Mind you the vape was the cheapest & reliable to my mind cause it was rechargeable as well as only $17.99. These people are outrageous really, truly hope they find a better business or pricing cause really I'm getting my stuff for half the price, if jot more; even better, deals on the items I'm looking for. Really lost my business on this place & had high hopes since my father goes here, but not since we found better prices for the same things, if not more & what we are looking for. This was my experience on my 21st birthday & really I don't put in reviews, but really this one dissatisfied my expectations in it all. This was my first time walking in they acted very helpful in what they were selling but I asked for liquid that was fruity but also had menthol in it and they told me about one and said it was great everyone loves it and it is very fruity with menthol but every time I smoke it, it is full menthol and it was harsh on my throat, every time I smoke it I’m coughing out my lungs and call them to see if they can’t Exchange it for something fruity and they said all sales are finally.
