Kyle was very well educated in all of the varieties of mattresses at his facility. My husband and I came in with specific issues that we have with our current mattress and sleep problems. Immediately Kyle understood our struggles and directed us to a few different mattresses that would help. We felt very comfortable with Kyle. He took all my questions and walked through step by step to find the perfect mattress that may work for what is needed. Kyle explained everything to me and my husband in detail without us feeling overwhelmed. Kyle is a no pressure representative who takes great pride in his store and his products. Needless to say, we purchased a mattress without worrying that it may not work for us. Daniel was a great salesperson to work with. My husband and I both have mobility issues and he was kind and took his time. I went in to look first while on my lunch, and on a time crunch so he sent me info right away as promised. When my husband and I returned, he remembered me and showed us the perfect mattress with the perfect frame. We had it in two days, the delivery was great and they took away our old bed and frame. The delivery person, Carlos, showed us all the features of the adjustable frame, and made certain we understood everything. The delivery was preceded by several automated messages that outlined our delivery window, and even when they were 20 minutes away! I loved that! It gave us the time to put our pups away, and before we knew it, the old bed (mattress and adjustable frame) were out! They even helped us decide the height of the new frame which we truly appreciated because both my husband and I are tall with back issues. Getting out of bed has never been easier.
