So I’ve been having issues with my dryer for about a month.I do pay insurance.I reached out to store about dryer they said I have to schedule appointment with insurance diamond.I did they canceled twice.So I spoke with Jeremy like what’s going on here.He said he would reach out to them and contact me for appointment he put times I’m available I’d be at home.He never did call me back.i needed up calling store he wasn’t there.Finally diamond reached out the morning of and said they had to cancel bcuz tech wouldn’t be on route.I already took the day off of work bcuz I planned on them coming.After that I called Ben said he would reach out to his manager.I was so upset missing work missing money.So then I got fed up and called store Ben answered I said I need u guys to come pick up appliances im not wasting anymore time with this.As the guys come out Friday to pick up appliances they drive over my basket ball hoop and leave it in middle of road.i called the store Tuesday asked for manager he’s not here they say.I tell them what happened they said send pictures to the store email.i did and of course no one has reached out bcuz they don’t care at all.I work hard to get things as I’m sure everyone else does.The guys had more than enough room to pull truck up and get the appliances.i can say i am really pissed off.I will be contacting corporate and I won’t give up until this is resolved.I ended up having to dry my clothes 3-4 times each load bcuz it said drying but clothes wasn’t moving.Wasting my nipsco and gas like it’s ridiculous.
