If I could give negative stars, I would. If you expect good service and communication, when a product has a problem, shop somewhere else. Unbelievable. We bought a Bullfrog spa (more on Bullfrog later) which has given us nothing but problems since day one. It randomly trips the breaker - frequently. Master electrician has been out to look at it multiple times and there's nothing wrong with the electric hookup. It's all the hot tub. After multiple visits by Watson service, they decide they're going to replace the pack. Guy shows up with the wrong pack, so nothing gets fixed. Then they tell me they'll call me eventually to reschedule. Not good enough. I had to call the service manager in Dayton, OH to get someone to come out next day. Next day, I get home... BTW, no phone call from the service team following any of these visits. I had to call each time to get info. Terrible communication yet again. So when I arrive home, there's a door tag that simply reads "Swapped out pack. Need to fill it back up." Oh, ok. Would have been great to know that in advance so I could plan my entire night to fill the hot tub. Or even better, a week earlier when I just dumped and refilled and balanced everything. Terrible communication.
So... Bullfrog. Yeah... Don't buy one. I don't feel like they are standing behind their product either. The chlorine cartridge system is convenient, but this whole situation has been a nightmare.
Watson's... You have all the fun? This has been the opposite of fun.
Additional info: When we bought the hot tub, we were replacing an old one and we had a cover lift that was less than 2 years old, still in great shape. The sales rep told us that it probably wouldn't fit with the new unit and sold us a new one for a couple hundred dollars (don't remember the exact price). When the guys came to install, the cover lift was exactly the same as the one we already had, so I told them to take it back and not charge me for it. Shady sales tactics by that specific sales rep. I don't think he's there anymore, so...
   Read moreSelection is good. Products are good. Sales staff is as expected. The problem comes with delivery. I bought a patio set and had them deliver it and set it up. I was told the wait would be about a month.
First delivery date about a month later they bring 2/3 of the stuff and tell me they will bring the rest in a few days. Nothing is set up or usable at this time.
Two weeks goes by and I didn't hear from them at all. I stop in and check and they show that I received all of my purchase They fix that and now I'm waiting again for the rest of my stuff. Second delivery, another three weeks later. They bring what was missing but now one section is defective and they can't put it together. They tell me they will have to schedule a tech to come out and repair the piece and that would be another few days.
Ech if these deliveries costs me a day of waiting at home for their delivery guys to show up.
Still nothing is fully assembled and usable. I finally just decided that I would rather do it myself than ever deal with a company that has such bad customer service.
Products are high quality company is shoddy and does not care about their customers after the sale.

   Read moreWe received our spa October 2021 from Watsons of Kalamazoo. From the start we had nothing but issues. During delivery the spa was dropped off of a trailer and scratched on the outside edge. Watsons of Kalamazoo said they would take care of it but still to this day, no one has been out to fix the scratches in the fiberglass. Since initial delivery, the spa has never ran a full 24 hours without our outside electrical bracket tripping. We had watsons replace out the motherboard on the spa but experienced the same issue of tripping on a daily basis. Watsons then recommended that our breaker get replaced. The electrician came back out and replaced the electrical breaker but we are still experiencing the spa tripping everyday. I called watsons on 1/7 but never received a call back. At this point we are ready to get rid of this spa. It has been nothing but a nightmare with bullfrog and watsons. We can’t even enjoy our $9k purchase this winter because it trips every 8 hours and the spa looses...
