I’ve been seeing Belle for over a year and a half and absolutely love working with her. She is not only incredibly kind, funny, understanding, and accepting, but is also motivating and has a knack for telling you exactly what you need to hear in a compassionate way. She has helped me get to a goal weight in a healthy way (and maintain it!), and I continue to work with her to increase strength, mobility, and keep my body feeling well for years to come. She has even been able to adjust my workouts appropriately after I got pregnant this year! I have been training with Belle for about 3 years and I can honestly say, I am more fit now than when I started. There are two reasons. The first is that Belle listens to your fitness goals and will individualize a program that will help you reach them. Second, reaching your goals requires more than just going through the motions; it requires going through the correct motions, i.e., form. I’ve worked w/several trainers over the years and she’s hands down my favorite! She explained the why, pushed me for that 1 more rep and the best part I got amaZING results from her workouts. She held me accountable, she made me laugh and I always felt better leaving our workout!
