It's a great place to park during the day, especially when using an app for discounted rates. Just don't plan to leave your car there after 11pm unless you plan to leave it overnight. My choice when in Pearl during the day, multiple entrances, free spaces easy to find in the early morning (before 8 am), it gets a bit more difficult later with SUVs. Clean, direct access to Whole Foods (some spaces reserved for shopping there), close to Powell's.
