I wanted to bring the public and this establishments attention to a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to this restaurant on 9/6/2024. Unfortunately, the level of service I received from one of your servers left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

The server, Thanawan W., displayed unprofessional behavior and a poor attitude throughout the interaction. From the moment we were seated, they seemed uninterested in assisting us, and their responses to simple questions were curt and dismissive. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of politeness, which negatively impacted our dining experience.

I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the service we received felt far below the standard I've come to expect from your establishment. I wanted to give the server the benefit of the doubt, thinking, maybe she just has a personality that isn't as outgoing or friendly as other servers. But then I seen her laughing and chatting and dancing with one of her fellow coworkers at the counter right next to our table. She obviously seems like she has a friendly side to her, given the interaction that we had witnessed, but she chose to treat us with such distaste and irritable service. While the food was good, the unpleasant attitude of the server made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that this feedback will be helpful for staff training and ensuring that other guests do not encounter the same issue in the future. It was unfortunate to hear that this server was also a manager, so I highly advise you to train your managers to be more professional, friendly, and inviting.

I will not be coming back to this restaurant for this reason, it's such a shame that one experience can ruin it all. I will ensure I leave negative reviews on all platforms so people are aware of the way this place is ran, and I will advise all friends and family to not waste there time at an establishment that allows this type of service. I hope for the server Thanawan W.'s sake, she gets the proper training and never treats another guest...

They will check in with you while you're waiting for your food to ensure you haven't been forgotten. The staff's warm and welcoming attitude really enhances the overall dining experience.
