Loved the location and overall atmosphere of the shop, but had the worst service I’ve ever had in Portland… I ordered an Americano with whole milk and honey, when I received it, there was no milk in it so I politely asked for some. To which the tall barista with brownish/ red hair responded “There’s half and half over there”. I told her that I’d prefer a splash of regular milk so she grabbed the milk and instead of pouring some in my cup, she slammed the jug on the counter for me to do which was super weird. After trying the coffee I was super disappointed, I never ask for a drink to be remade but I felt it was only right since it didn’t even taste like espresso…Instead of remaking it, she told me that if she were to remake it, it would taste the same as it already did. “Can I just pay for an extra two shots then?”. Instead, she said “ I’m just going to refund you and you can go to the coffee shop down the street for a better one”. I was appalled at her attitude, 0/10 service. But the coffee shop down the street had great roast and the barista was lovely. Will never go to this shop again unfortunately, super...

Everything about this place rocks except the service, and it’s not the baristas fault- the service is slow because they have one barista working and one person in the kitchen. I work in a coffee shop in Portland and there’s no earthly reason it should take 10-15 minutes for one latte... I’ve tried to go in on the weekend and on weekdays and it’s always the same situation. To hold the volume they get there and not piss people off they need two people working out front. Really bummed, I want to come here every day but I can’t be late to work everyday... Needs some management work.
** The past two times I've gone it's been much faster service, so things seem to be...

$3bagel+$0.50 +$1.50 does not equal 7. --But it's true that it's hard to see the math because the register doesn't say how much it's charging for the bagel, only for the toppings, and then the total of all. Is it programmed like this on purpose?
In any case, I won't...
