I just discovered the food court that Hello Pho is located in. Tight Tacos is right next door. It was a tough decision on which place to pick but I like comparing Pho restaurants (especially on a cold day here in Portland) so my friend and I gave it a shot. I’ll start by saying that the salad rolls are huge! We got a pork salad roll and it was just gigantic and the meat in it was tasty. I got the pho with the eye of round steak. It was mildly flavored, the meat cut a bit too thick so it was pretty chewy, and probably three stars out of five. I’ve had much better elsewhere in town. So I wouldn’t try that again. My buddy got a bulgogi bahn mi (Bulgogi Beef Baguette on the menu) and loved it. So they might lean towards three stars for me, but his was definitely four stars. So, I’m gonna give this place four stars and say that I don’t really recommend the Pho. Service was friendly!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Now it is my favorite Pho restaurant. Their Pho is so good ❤️ 🍜 I took P3 with Beef round eye steak and brisket. Broth is so delicious and fresh. They said they cook broth daily. Meat was tender and yummy, i love that they add fresh thingly sliced onion and spring onions, too. Also, I took Taro Boba with coconut milk in a hot version, and it was sooooo good! 🤤🥰 The only thing I didn't like is that their dining zone is more like a food cart style with self-service and pretty dirty since people do not clean up after them. Also, music was too loud. Other than that food is great and you can order a takeout and eat in cleaner space.

I got the pork bahn mi. Very fresh veggies and excellent pork. I liked the ends cut off of the bread so every bite had filling. The bread was crisp and fresh tasting. I also had a taro milk tea with boba. The milk tea probably had coconut milk in it which I really enjoyed. It gives it a more vibrant color and adds a distinct coconut milk flavor. The boba was just alright but I hope next time it's improved. I imagine the noodle dish with the pork being excellent and I hope to try it next time.

I got the brisket pho, bulgogi vermicelli bowl, fried chicken potstickers and a jasmine bubble tea with sea salt foam and tapioca pearls. We went here instead of our normal pho spot on 82nd. I got the brisket pho and broth was very flavorful, didn’t need any add ons to make it good. My boyfriend also really like it and thought they were very generous with the amount of meat. He (my bf) got the vermicelli bowl with bulgogi. It came with a sesame fish sauce that was just lovely.

We shared the potstickers which were really good too.

Concluded my meal with the bubble tea which had perfectly cooked tapioca pearls. The jasmine tea was really floral and not at all bitter.

It was all really good and I would...
