Great vibes at this low key dedicated drinking establishment in the Zipper with amazing signature cocktails from a talented bar staff. They have an amazing curated collection of whiskeys sitting on the stylistic bar shelves. You can even join the Whiskey Appreciation Club and they will keep a record of all the ones you have tried for fame, glory and prizes. Attended the 'grand opening' of the Zipper and ended up grabbing a booth here. It was very very loud that night, except not with music as promised... maybe because of the rain the patio DJ was inaudible? I don't know how many more whiskey bars we need, but they seemed serious about it, with an entire wall lined with various selections of the spirit. I like Paydirt a lot; great cocktails, a divine selection of whiskeys and bourbon, and lots of great outdoor seating. That being said, especially during COVID times, it fills up quickly in the afternoon and evening hours, especially on a weekend night. I do like their no-contact ordering via their website and bar-to-table services; bonus points for sharing the building with Basilisk and Tight Tacos, which are both excellent options to enjoy with a cocktail.
