The only thing worse than the experience is how terrible it has to be to work here. Food? Acceptable. Service? There was none, just an employee that looked like they were actively fighting off an existential crisis every time they had to make excuses for the kitchen being busy. Atmosphere? Literally none. It's some drywall thrown into an empty building with exposed plywood all over. Meanwhile you're sitting in a tiny box with a dozen other people that are miserably waiting for their food too. It's cramped, hot, and feels like something Jeff Bezos designed to harvest human misery. Last time we were here we just cancelled our food because it took 40 minutes longer than quoted, and then it finally said it was Delayed. Just go to an actual restaurant. This "food company" is straight out of dystopian sci-fi.

A unique concept for a food truck area. Every business has their own place to operate under one roof which hides behind the store front. The lobby has a few kiosks to order from that link directly to the food trucks. Then, there is a representative to help guide you through the process and deliver your order when it’s ready. When you walk in for the first time, it doesn’t feel like a food truck spot. More like a very small airport arrival zone destined for the Maldives, but don’t let that deter you. There’s an option for everyone. I had a sandwich from Capriotti’s and it was amazing! I was going to take a picture of the sandwich but I ate it. This is all that’s left. I’ll definitely return to try a Hawaiian bowl or Tikkalicious.

Randomly stopped in while shopping in the area. Thought it was a “sandwich” place, but came to find out it was “any food I wanted” place. Cool concept of order and pick-up, pick-up on site, or have delivered. Great options. The manager, Wayne, was awesome! He’s clearly on top of things and treated all the drivers that came in so respectfully. Clearly enjoys his job. My food was great as well! Will for sure stop in again!

The employees who work here are great at their job, but I hate the concept of a ghost kitchen, and I’m tired of ordering food from what I think is a restaurant on Uber Eats just for it to come from one of these ghost kitchens when half of the time the food is going to be frozen, reheated, and subpar. There is no possible way with the menu that large that they cook everything fresh, which is what you would expect when you’re ordering food from a restaurant, not a fast food place but a restaurant. If I order a pasta carbonara from an Italian restaurant that’s what I expect but it ends up being frozen pasta from some random industrial kitchen. This is literally such a scam. If I wanted some cheap fast food, I would go to McDonald’s but no, I ordered from what was supposed to be an actual restaurant not some industrial kitchen run by a bunch of high teenagers with no real food experience. I ordered from a restaurant, and I expected my food to be prepared by chefs, line cooks; ya know people who have actually touched food in their life other than to put it in their own mouths. Stop claiming to be some high-end Italian restaurant when you’re gonna serve me a microwave dinner. Be so for real and stop playing with our money. This is a very dirty way to run a business and make money, and I truly hope someday the employees here find their true worth, and go work for a...

I've delivered for many of the restaurants in Grand Ave Food Co., but tonight was the first time ordering something myself.

The ordering process was pretty simple and straightforward and the fact you can order from more than one kitchen, but still have the convenience of a single bill is a great feature.

My wife and I had Beau Thai. The food was excellent and the portion size for the price was reasonable. I would have liked a few more options, such as adding additional portions of protein, or vegetables, but overall, I can't complain and would definitely order again.

Our son tried Shawarma Delight. To be honest, this was a disappointment. The price for the portion was sad. The beef shawarma was dry and bland, no real flavor. There wasn't much meat in the wrap and the french fries were soggy and bland, having no salt or detectable seasonings. I don't know that we would order from this kitchen again.

Overall, I would easily recommend Grand Ave Food Co., and Beau Thai. And I'm more than certain many of the other kitchens here live up to and exceed expectations.

If you're a family where everyone wants something different, Grand Ave Food Co., is the...

Wish I could give Tikkalicious 10 stars, it was that good!

This wonderful restaurant has soared to the top of my list for best Indian cuisine in the Portland area. My husband and I really love Indian food and while most of the restaurants near our home are good, they’re not great.

Last night we decided to check out Tikkalicious. We ordered the lamb biryani, chicken makhani, samosas and plain naan. All of the dishes we ordered were medium spicy and it was the perfect amount of spice (we like spicy that you can feel but that doesn’t knock your socks off). Also, the portions we’re very generous.

A little bit about the restaurant, this is a ghost kitchen that provides takeout or delivery service only. If you go into Grand Ave Food Co., you can order on their touch screen and wait for your food (credit card only). Or, just order ahead on your phone, it’s so much easier. Please order directly from the restaurant and pick it up if you can. That puts more money into the pockets of the businesses.

How good was it? Well, I woke up this morning writing this review and deciding if I’m going to eat my leftovers for...
