I just had a really disappointing experience with the older woman that works there. I asked if the store accepted returns and all she said was yes as long as the tags are still on and it's within 30 days. When she was ringing up my items she asked if she could take the tags off and I said "no thank you, I want to leave them on in case I need to return anything" it was taking a long time because she kept making mistakes ringing me up and she took a phone call but that was actually fortunate because it gave me time to notice the sign that said returns could only be exchanged or given store credit, no cash returns. I asked about the sign and she very rudely said "Yes I explained all of that to you earlier". I asked if it was too late to cancel the transaction and she very grumpily canceled it for me and continued to insist that she told me all of this even though she didn't and I wasn't arguing with her, I wasn't saying anything at all. I finally said (calmly, politely and without any sarcasm) "it's okay, thank you" and then she mocked me and said thank you in a high pitched sarcastic tone. Not once in any of our interactions was I impolite or argumentative toward this women. I did not deserve her sour attitude, scolding and mocking. She shouldn't be in a customer facing position. I have no interest in shopping there again because I want to avoid having to...

The old lady that works here is so unpleasant! After making a purchase and leaving the store she chased after us and scolded us from down the street for not hanging clothing that we tried and didn’t fit.

If she hadn’t been so nasty throughout our shopping experience in the store, we would have left with more items. It’s a damn shame. If you want to buy cheap Chinese clothing, just go online and save yourself from an uncomfortable...
