Until I worked with Graham, I had never purchased custom clothing so I didn’t know what to expect (process, price, options, fit, etc). Graham walked me through all the steps, asked question about my lifestyle (what clothes do I wear to work, casual, etc) and then offered some ideas on how to start building my wardrobe. Working with Graham has been great! He has helped me build a versatile wardrobe to maximize outfit combinations, understand what to expect on specific clothing choices (material, fit, care), communicated upcoming sales (to get the best bang for my buck) and followed up with me to see how everything fit and what I like/dislike to help with future purchases. I did not realize how much better I feel and look in custom clothing but I find myself selecting my J Hilburn clothing over most everything else in my closet. I am no longer tugging/adjusting my clothes throughout the day because they were made for me. I was also concerned with price and although the up front cost is more than I was use to, I add a few pieces when my budget allows, Graham notifies me of upcoming sales to maximize my dollar and I find that I’m buying less clothing on general. So before I would purchase 2-3 shirts / pants and now I’m buying less pieces because they are versatile and I see the benefit or having custom fitting clothing that looks great on me, I feel great and increases my confidence.
