Prattville Town Center — Local services in Prattville

This is about the shopping center in general not any individual businesses. Shopping centers pretty well set up for the most part. The road going in either from Cobbs Ford side or 82 is pretty well designed. Limits stopping and back up by having 2 lanes each side to allow for people to go around those waiting to turn. Round abouts to prevent stopping and keep a smooth flow through the Town Center shopping center and other restaurants and businesses on the other side. When first entering Town Center Shopping Center some of entrances are not set up super convenient leaving people trying to get in and out going to many ways. It makes for an inconvenient traffic pattern if really busy like around the holidays. Note this is some entrances and it's more a minor inconvenience. There is ample parking in front of or near all stores. The shopping center itself has a TJMax/Ross, Target, Books-a-million, Petsmart, Home Depot, CICIs Pizza, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Subway, and a few other restaurants but I can't recall them all. There is a Starbucks in the Target for that caffeine pep while shopping and a coffee Cafe in the bookstore as well. Full Starbucks with drive through is in shopping center next door with Jim and Nick's BBQ, Chipotle, and other stores, a gas station and restaurants. Lighting closer to the businesses is very good as well as throughout parking lot but in further parking areas the Lighting is a bit more spread out leaving some darker areas but never dark completely. On road driving through you find other restaurants and businesses as well to make it a one area stop...

Not worth the time walking inside!! So if you go there and want taste, you might as well carry your own seasoning.

They had 1 male waiter with no help. I requested a hot cup of water, so that i could soak the cheap folk/knife. He brought back a tall water glass with warm water.

I asked again for water, he took the glass and came back with the same water, but this time something was floating in it.

I finally got up and asked another staff member for a set of disposable folk/knife. All this happened in my first 15min of being there

The food display looked good. However, the food was tasteless. I could have went to taco bell for tasteful dish.

Also my order wasn't what i expected. I told the guy from the beginning that i wanted beans in my burrito and on the side. All i received was a burrito with tough chicken!

Very friendly people everyone's wanting to help everyone which these days is very far a few ... Lots of room for parking, they got handicap parking and access... Places to park bicycles mopeds... And very clean and neat... See this is what I like to get out and explore cuz there's not really much to do anymore from everything going on but it's nice to be able to get out ride and go to different stores and things and see people talk to people different people and it's nice if you ever want to live somewhere that would be a nice place to live around...
