Terrible experiences at this place. I did an online appt yesterday for today. We go there 5 minutes early and had to "wait outside the lobby" while a man was in there with a large dog. It took forever, but then he left. But no one was allowed in the salon, because he had another big dog he had to go to the car to get. So, we all waited some more. By now there are 3 people with dogs waiting in the front of Petsmart because there is no other place to wait outside the salon. There was a woman in front of us to pick up her dog and we all waited will the understaffed person inside took FOREVER to check in the man with 2 dogs. Because only one pet family can be in the lobby, we all have to wait out side the salon. Finally the man left and the woman went in to get her dog. But you have to get a bill from the salon and then go out and get in line at the cashier to pay. So when she went to pay, we went inside to drop off our dog. But we were asked to wait outside until the woman paid and got her dog, while they did nothing inside the salon. We finally got our turn and were told they needed paperwork on our dog's rabies vaccine. Since our dog has been there before, we have provided hard copy of his vaccines. He was groomed 5 weeks ago and there was no problem then. Because we couldn't provide that on the spot, we had to leave. When we left, there were 4 more customers and their dogs waiting outside the salon. This process is absolutely absurd. We will NEVER take our dog there or buy their...

Went in Monday to purchase a bag of food(13lbs) with a coupon that was valued for up to 39.99, the cashier informed me that if my puppy did not like the food I could return it. I made sure to ask if i could return or exchange the item due to it being purchased with a coupon and she said yes. Wednesday I go back trying to explain to the "manager" what his cashier had told me... I was constantly being interrupted and talked over with attitude. This has been the most uncomfortable experience I have ever gone through. After he was done he told me I had to get a 6lb bag of food which was only worth about $15 to which I had no choice. Walking back up to the register he comes back and says he will exchange it for the same or around that size. He did indeed get me a bigger bag for the exchange. Robert or however his name is talked to me as if I were a minority, I am extremely grateful for the exchange to a bigger bag but him fixing his mistake does not take away from his customer service, when you walk in to ANY store you should feel welcomed comfortable and excepted, my experience was the complete opposite. Read moreThis petsmart is amazing besides this one single employee in the fish department. Her name was something like carlona. She had Down syndrome I think.. She gave me the worst service ever. I was a beginner to fish and I asked for cold water, she gave me warm water fish. Then she kept asking rudely on how my 10 gal is “to small” for 5 fish? And how I need to get a bigger tank. I will in the future I told her and she didnt really trust that fact. (I’m upgrading my Leo gecko so they could have his) She did give some nice service in the end prob realizing she was being rude. I was waiting in line for more fish and she avoided me THE WHOLE TIME. Next time I came in for crickets and she still avoided me? What did I do? I got super stressed out due to her awful service, another employee really helped, I think her name was carol but she was amaizng. The other girl ended up coming next to me while I was talking to her and I told her I got misleading info and she just walked away like not my problem. Carol is the best.
