This store has great employees who are willing to assist you and go the extra mile! I had an urgent rush job because my home office printer broke. It was a pretty sizable job with a few hundred pages and they had it ready within minutes. Looking at the reviews for this store it seems that Bobby is everyone's superhero! In my experience he answered the phone cheerfully, answered all my questions treated me with kindness and respect when I picked up the order. 12.28.2022 - I want to thank Bobby M., Assistant Manager, Office Depot, Prince Frederick, MD, for graciously assisting me today. Due to major surgery a few weeks back, I required a very soft chair. The chair I’ve had for 8 years is worn and hardly any cushioning left. Bobby helped me in my selection and was the utmost professional. I'm very disappointed with the tech center. If you want your computer fixed in a timely manner don't go here.

They really stink at following up with you. They never call when they say they do. I had ordered a part for my computer that I thought was right because staff told me what I needed but then when I called to see if my computer was fixed, someone emailed not called to say the part was incorrect. I can go on but if you want good service go elsewhere.

P.s don't invest in a service plan there either because it's a waste when they can't...
