Do not go to Panda Express Prince Frederick Md. I went to Panda Express on 11/20/21 ordered 2 entrees with noodles and mixed veggies. While eating and getting to the last few fork fulls I discovered a funny looking noodle. My light was dim so I went into my kitchen and turned the lights. Low and behold it’s a CATERPILLAR!!!! This worse food experience of my life. I literally got sick to my stomach and threw up. I took the food and caterpillar back to Panda Express and spoke to the Manager on duty, Conga. She tried to joke and say, “That’s not on our menu”. She then stated that they do not have bugs and stated that it probably came from the bag of kale they get from their supplier. I said to her, “don’t you all rinse the kale and veggies off before you prepare them?”. She said no and said that they are not required to. I said who cooks fresh vegetables without cleaning them even if the bag does say triple washed? I then ask for my money and said says she can only give me a Panda Express gift card! I tell her what makes you think that I would eat anything else from Panda Express. Please give me my money back. She tells me to call the 800 number on my receipt to make a complaint. I tell her I’m sure no one is gonna answer. They never answer these 800 numbers for complaints. Sure nuff, the recording directs me to the website. I tell her her I’m not leaving without my money. So she then calls her boss who approves my refund. But she tells me she cannot refund the money for my drinks because I drank them and don’t bring them back! Read moreThe food is good. I have never had bad food or a problem with the portions. The issue I have is with the service. I placed an order for 11:45 for pickup. So it was before the lunch rush, it should have been ready. They had two line cooks and then another three associates working. The line cook came over to me to acknowledge me and ask what I was waiting for. After he acknowledged me only then did an associate acknowledge me. Granted I waited in the online pick up area for 5 min before that with not much interaction. Which I get it, you get busy. But they really need to divide the work better. All the associates were scrambling around. You had three working. One for drive thru, one for the line/physical customers, and the third for online orders. Then when things die down for drive thru or online, you help physical customers. The manager on shift really needs to better prioritize...
