Five Guys — Restaurant in Maryland

There is this one dude there and I asked his name and he told me... I’m gonna ask again and update this with it because for the past 2 years he’s stood out a lot. If you go there in the evening or more that once you’ll know what dude I am talking about.

But everyone is friendly as well! The food’s great, store is clean, food comes out as fast as you’d reasonably expect it to. (I think some people think it needs to come out as fast as McDonalds it something)

I had a mobile order that my wife did on the app and they said they didn’t get it until they looked up the system or something and reacted as though maybe someone threw away or missed the ticket, or the system hiccuped and they never got a ticket for it but they corrected it in a timely manner and we got a heavy bag of fries and a free drink as an “apology”. After ordering and paying for food on my mobile app, I got in my car only to find out that the storm that knocked out my power, also knocked down trees blocking my ability to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and the call was picked up on the first ring. He patiently waited while I tried to find a better spot because my cell service was horrible. He was empathetic and immediately put his manager on the phone who was so understanding and courteous. She pulled up my order, confirmed my info and said she would reach out to the district manager. The next morning I was able to check my email and saw that the entire order had been credited. It is refreshing when something works so well. Ordered online for pickup at the Prince Frederick, MD location, arrived and called to let them know I was there. The man confirmed my order and told me to pull around to the other side of the building and park in a particular place. Did as I was told, no one even acknowledged I was there. Sat waiting, called again 10 minutes later and was told someone would be right out. Ended up having to go in as noone brought the food and waited another 5 minutes. The staff did not seem to care.
