So where do I start. This location had a serious management problem and needs to send there management to customer relations/service classes. I was sitting in the drive thru and a couple gentlemen where taking orders on mobile devices when a short lady with glasses stepped out and brought them headsets. Ok cool I understand technical difficulties, I'm a technician. But all three of them just turned around with no acknowledgment to me or others. Just walked inside. Didnt even get a someone will help you at the speaker. Got to the speaker and another rude gentleman decided to start taking my order, then stopped and silence for about 3 mins. I proceeded to pull to the window and told them he started taking my order but never finished. All I got has looks of confusion. No attempt to remedy the situation at all. Told them never mind and I will review this location. Every other chick fil a location has great customer service and goes beyond. This one just totally sucks. There was soda all over the counter to the charge card machine. When asked I see a large spill here do you have a cloth to wipe it up? Nothing! An attitude that needed adjusting. Also, there was not a clean table and the food was cold. A lady in a black shirt was walking by and I asked her if she was the manager and she said that she was operations dept.. Well I shared with her our experience and then she said we have been busy and short a person. Understandable, however not the bad attitude. Also she did not offer any solutions for the cold food! Read moreFood is great but I've had multiple issues with this location. Lines are always slow moving, they forgot fries from all 3 kids meals on one occasion which resulted in some pretty disappointed kiddos and added an extra 30 min to my day to have to drive back and wait in the drive thru line to fix the issue. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a single "sorry" from any of the employees. They have forgotten condiments, straws, forks etc on several occasions. There is hardly ever a place to sit when dining inside. And the last time we visited we spent over 25 minutes in the drive thru line and we weren't even there at a peak time and there weren't that many cars in line. I thought maybe it was some initial hiccups because it's a newer location but it hasn't really improved much with time. I now drive 30 min out of my way to go to the one in Lexington Park where I know they won't screw...
