The variety of services offered are great and the facility is clean but I had to cancel my membership due to terrible customer service and a lack of communication with the owner. Clearly they don't care about customer retention. I value Customer Service and can't put up with rude and dishonest people.
I joined as a member after having a great experience doing Cryo. In less than 2 weeks of membership I had 7 service and even brought my husband in for a session... This is where it went bad.
On 6/4 I called and scheduled service for 6/6. On 6/5 I received a receipt for a Fit Body wrap in the amount of $40. My card was charged. I called that day and asked why I was charged and was told that I missed my appointment. I then let them know that there was a mix up because I was scheduled for 6/5. The woman on the phone said instead of a refund I could keep a credit since I was coming in the day after.
On my scheduled day of service on 6/6 I emailed at 10:14 am to reschedule my appointment which was scheduled for 4:30. I received an email back around 3:45 saying it was ok to come in. I thank got a call asking if I could come in later because the machine needed to be cleaned and I could not. Theodore no appointment happened on 6/6.
On 6/11 I went in for an hour sauna. When leaving I told the girl at the front desk that I had a credit and she didn't see it in the system. She tried calling the owner on the phone and said that I could leave and that she would speak to someone. Later that evening my card was charged $30. After emailing and asking why I was charged the girl (blonde) was very rude and starting going back to the email trails etc.
Yes there is a 24 hr cancellation policy but they have called and asked if I can move my time slot or do another treatment. I have never been a no show and got wrongfully charged due to their lack of organization.
Buyer beware. Take your services elsewhere. While $40 & $30 isn't a large sum of money I am upset at being wrongfully charged without an apology.

Read moreWe were asked to remove our shoes and socks before leaving the reception area, but we were not offered slippers or other type of footwear. There is one unisex locker room where you get changed (yes, the door has a lock). Then you walk from the locker room to the sauna in your towel or wrap in full view of the reception area. FYI: The sauna for two would not fit two average size people. During the infrared sauna, we could hear the staff members talking, laughing, screaming, which worsened when the cryotherapy tank was utilized next door (which requires loud cheerleading and screaming). This was not very relaxing. Upon leaving the sauna, I asked for footwear because I did not want to walk into a bathroom barefoot. They do not have showers for you to use, so after sweating it out in a sauna, you have to get dressed and go home to shower. Then you have to wait, naked in a towel, for the unisex locker room to become available to get back into your clothes. Whoever created this wellness spa did not consider how it would be used. It is not client-friendly. So many basic elements were missed. I did enjoy the infrared sauna itself, but there is room for improvement...
Read moreI tried out the infrared sauna & the salt room a few years ago (before covid). The infrared sauna session by itself was good. However, the sauna is in a room right next to the cryotherapy room, so you hear all the noise of everyone talking, waiting in line for the cryotherapy & then the screaming from getting the cryotherapy. Therefore, the sauna session I had was not relaxing at all! The thought behind this place is good, but the logistics & design of it is terrible. Did not feel spa-like at all! Even the reception area was small & it felt overcrowded & chaotic, not relaxing at all. The salt room was a large room & it was nice & relaxing. I was going for sinus issues & it didn’t resolve anything, but maybe you have to go more to achieve some results/relief, I don’t know. So ultimately I wouldn’t recommend this place for the sauna, but I would recommend it for the salt room, if you don’t mind being in a large room with other people in the age of covid. The negative experience I had in the sauna & the neutral experience I had in the salt room did not entice me at all to...
