The man working in the store was so rude that I lost interest in any pieces I was considering buying, and he practically shepherded me out of the shop. I understand safety in the time of Covid-19, but when I backed up a few steps to look at a vase, the man behind the counter was adamant that I keep moving forward. When I left the store, I was telling a family member about how I saw some beautiful pieces but the shopkeeper was rude, a passing woman asked, "Are you talking about Shor? Because that man was so unpleasant to me too." Beautiful store with great finds but the service...

This store has some really nice things. I cannot criticize the style or quality of their items, which is why we were looking here.

Unfortunately, we left the store today deeply unsatisfied. My husband and I went in, ready to buy a $6,000(!) loveseat sleeper. What shocked us wasn't the price, it was that the salesman was unwilling to work with us on either the $200 additional scotchguarding or $200 delivery (we live under 3 miles away!).

It's a shame that all we got was basically a "take it or leave it" pricetag without any...

I think the store is beautiful, and I was looking to buy a $2,000 chest. However, I made the mistake of sitting in a chair I was also interested in, and asked the owner if it was ok that I was sitting, he said no, but apparently I was not getting up fast enough for him so he proceeded to tell me get up means get up, stand.
