Currently not a great customer experience

Two things I did not like:

1. Waiting for drinks longer than the next three parties behind me. I get it, it's hard to hire at the moment. But if you're lacking the staff or can't train them properly, maybe reduce the number of items you offer. I'd been happy to order the one juice you can make in 5 min, not 20 min.

That might also help your staff be less frustrated and more friendly. They were obviously stressed and offered some random excuse about too many orders coming in when I asked about the status of mine.

2. As a green bar, offering plastic straws and cups seems outdated.
