Simply one of the busiest and packed-full-of-inventory Home Depots that I have shopped. Also one of the finest help desk crews ever. An employee named Miles spent 15-20 minutes with me, Googling Home Depot inventories and calling other stores when I discovered that the Gorilla Yard Wagon I wanted was out of stock. Their store's website said, "Limited Inventory" which I figured would mean any amount above Zero. It doesn't mean that in the Home Depot world, though, it means "We really don't know if we still have any in stock". Why not just be honest instead of playing this word game. I think that their inventory management computer division needs to upgrade so that a Home Depot branch can reliably tell a future customer whether they sold the last one or not. A system should update immediately upon the sale of any inventory and not have to guess. Yes, there is another option - call and have an employee in that department go on the floor and physically check for the item. Sure, if you can get through via phone to that person, but it's not as easy as just calling in. And I know that you know what I mean. It's challenge for sure. What's the catch? Why doesn't Walmart or Target have that problem? Or do they? Well fortunately for me Miles found one, last Gorilla Wagon in Canon City, just 35 minutes away. I had already driven over 2 hours one-way from Folsom, NM, 30 minutes east of Raton, so an extra 1.5 hours round trip to Canon City and picking it up there wouldn't be too bad. It beats having to go to Denver. Miles is my new best friend at Home Depot and I'll be only shopping the Pueblo store henceforth. That's right, baby, henceforth.

After setting up a scheduled delivery and machine rental for these bags of insulation days in advance. I hired two guys for labor and the insulation was delivered right on time. They said they couldn't deliver the machine I would have to go get it. OK,?? I go across town to get the machine while the guys I hired cut all the bags in half so they would be ready, well guess what, NO MACHINE !! Of course every employee didn't know anything and after finally getting to a manager, he knew even less. They said they had a smaller machine due back at 1:00 pm and they charge late fee every 15 minutes so it would be there. Well, 1:00 came, 2:00,3:00,4 :00 no machine. So I give up and try for the weekend, can't take off anymore work days, but am concerned with the insulation getting wet outside. I thought well they must be making a bundle in late fees, so surely if I drive out there they would give me some shrink wrap to keep the product they delivered safe. NO The manager tells me we aren't responsible its your problem now. Damn won't even help out with some shrink wrap. That says alot about what you can expect if you shop at Home Depot in Pueblo. They definitely could use new management. . So here I am stuck with 30 bags of insulation cut in half, two guys that got screwed for work today, and that is what it's like shopping at HOME DEPOT

Went in tonight to get a few specific sized nails. The gentleman went out of his way to help. Being the day after Christmas I was checking out the Christmas thing's that are now on clearance. I found a lil tree that had fallen out of the pot. I took it to the return desk and please forgive me for not remembering your name but I asked the gentleman how much he would charge me for this poor lil guy. He looked it over and said it's all yours and let the staff know at the exit that it was ok. Just a little bit of kindness goes a long way. He made my day. Thank you

Do not rent from here. I rented a carpet cleaner and fan for $70. I rented it around 4:30 in the afternoon and planned to clean my carpet that night because I work full time for the week. I wasn’t able to get to it till late after I put my 2yo to bed. After I began cleaning, the carpet cleaner only ran for about 5 minutes and then the reset button flipped and shut it off. After a few minutes it allowed me to push in the button again and start again. This time it only lasted for about a minute. After that it would repeat the cycle about every 30 seconds- a minute. I tried to look up remedies but all it said is to wait and start it again on the website. I barely got anything done and the next day it actually made the smell worse. I went in to return the cleaner after I got off work the next day, thinking it would be no big deal if I returned it later that night and told them what happened and asked for a refund. They said okay we can refund you $42 dollars out of the $70, but then as the processed it they turned around and called a manager and after speaking with them they said that actually since I was late 3 hours we have to charge you the $42 and cannot refund you. I was never told about this clause. I thought if I just bring it in the next day I’d be okay. After that they tried to run my card three times. Saying my card declined yet it shows me a approved message on the reader. They were about to charge me again but luckily I was checking my account as the did so. It wasn’t even the correct amount they told me… This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. They charged me extra for this machine that didn’t work and made my house smell worse. When I told them about my issue with the reset they said they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t call in. Keep in mind it was in the middle of the night around 11 when I was using it. There’s no service at that time… Anybody that actually reads this please do not go to them for rental because if you have an issue they will just tell you they can’t do anything and it’s in the contract. This is really unacceptable and I will no longer be shopping...

I never in my life have had this terrible of customer service, nor do I love to leave negative reviews I always like to come to a solution with a Manager but that was not the case here.

I ordered a very expensive piece of product which I opted for curbside pick up. I waited over 30 minutes in my truck, then decided to give the store a call to see what was going on. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and said she knows I’ve been sitting there for a while but unfortunately they can’t deliver my item to the truck because it’s too large. I said OK, when were you planning on calling and telling me? She told me I needed to pull my truck under the canopy and come inside to verify my order. Which was fine I was happy to do whatever I needed to do. Before I could ask her another question, she hung up on me.

When I walked to the customer service desk, there was about five or six employees standing there arguing with each other, and with another customer. I was extremely embarrassed for these employees. They clearly should not be working in customer service. I finally got pulled to the side by a lady and she asked what I was there for and I gave her the instructions. She said there was no reason for me to come inside waiting my truck and was very short with me.

I went back out to my truck and waited for them to load my item which took another 30 minutes.

I finally get home unload and unboxed and realized that it’s the wrong color and the wrong piece of equipment!

We loaded it back into the truck and drove back to Home Depot to get the correct product. They have the audacity to tell me that I should have checked that. It was the correct piece of equipment before driving away. I’m sorry, but it is not my job to double check that your work is correct. I am a paying customer paying a lot of money for this equipment.

It took them another 45 minutes to locate somebody to unload and then reload the correct piece. I will never be ordering anything from Home Depot again especially this location. Do better. Be a...

The worst appliance buying experience EVER. Shopping for appliances is a daunting task finally decided to order an appliance package from Home Depot during Black Friday Sales Event in November. Based on our home address the appliances could not be delivered so they were ordered on-line and delivered to the Pueblo store then picked up at that location. The appliances were brought home but not unpackaged for 2 weeks as we were out of town. Unpackaged the refrigerator, there was a three inch scratch down the front of the door and a nail size puncture at the top of the door, called Home Depot they referred us to the Warranty Dept. which in turn redirected us to the store. Be aware once you pick up a appliance from the store you have 48 hours to unpackaged and inspect, we were not aware of this policy NEVER was explained to us during the purchasing process, during the pick up process, no during the purchasing of the extended warranty. This issue was never resolved drove back 2.5 hours before the Christmas holiday asked for a manager was told that we would have to go back another day as that day was not a good day for them to handle this situation. They stated there was not a manager in the building. So know we have a $2K+ refrigerator that looks horrible. Now lets talk about the microwave, no bolts or hardware was included in the box, had to go buy the bolts recommended in the owners manual and they still don't fit or screw into the top of the microwave. Called the LG customer service line was transferred 3 times and then told it was out of the 48 hour window to inspect the product. Talk about a disappointment spent over $4000 on new appliances, the level of customer service and care by both Home Depot, the warranty company, and LG are very disappointing. They are quick to sell you the items but god forbid you have a problem or an issue then you are just hung out to dry. Bounced around from dept to dept and person to person. Will never recommend online orders or shopping with home depot to anyone...
