Let's take a moment to thank the locations around the country that actually care about serving people the right way. This visit was the opposite of that. Ordered the 16 pc family meal with 4 large sides. After handing my food all smashed into one bag, I proceeded to leave. I check it out in the parking lot before leaving. WOW! Biscuits smashed, box falling apart, and I got 2 small scoops of potatoes and two scoops of Mac. The container of fries is enough to feed 4. I take my bag back inside. One of the shift managers in a black shirt walked past and rudely told his employee to take care of the front. Didn't even acknowledge me. The employee asked what was wrong, and I showed him. He asked the other shift manager to help. I explained and showed the other one my food and how the containers were not filled properly. They dismissed my explanation by saying that they are supposed to fill to the line..... see photos! I pled my case, and they agreed the potatoes were not proper, but the Mac touched the lid so they won't give more. See photos. Public announcement stay in school, learn geometry, volume, and spacial understanding. Also, after tossing me a "full" mashed potatoes, they walked away grumpily. Attitude will determine your altitude. Now, I'm running solely on general principal to fix what is wrong in this community. Some of it is related to a lack of give a $hi! Lastly, maybe you should care about how you present yourself. Be clean and courteous, and if you don't want to be employed.... go somewhere that allows this kind of behavior. At this point.... I recommend that nobody return to our KFCs until the upper management and owner respond by caring more about who represents their restaurants.
UPDATE Upper Management (you know who you are) reached out to me personally. I truly believe that you can change the direction of this location. I believe in you 100% to help create a solution for your locations that impact our society in a positive way. I commend you on your 40+ years of KFC service, and we need more people like you to be as passionate about their path, their employer, and their ability to impact those around you. Usually it’s very good however, today April 3, 2023 the person that waited on me in the drive-through was rude almost up to being snotty even though my meal was $14, I guess that was not enough money for me to pay to be treated with some civility or respect. Hopefully KFC will rid themselves of that terrible staff member. She was a thin, female with piercings on her face and she look like a typical hood rat from Pueblo’s lower Eastside. It was very obvious that she hated her job and it’s a very sad shame that KFC has to resort to hiring people like that. I sure hope the economy improves, Where a good business does not have to resort to hiring a waste of payroll like that and filter out garbage employees like the one I encounter today. People like that are so entitled and believe they should be paid more for their terrible work, ethics, and horrible skills. Unfortunately, however, this is a Pueblo and pickings are slim so this is what you get. Lucky for me. I rarely ever eat out and have to deal with garbage like this. I TRAVELED FROM SOUTHEND OF PUEBLO AND TO PAY FOR OVERPRICED, GREASY, COLD FOOD. NO THANK YOU! LISTEN UP OWNERS....YOUR PLACE IS CR@P! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! Came all the way from the Southside to the KFC on Elizabeth and spent $10.75 for what I thought was a complete meal and turns out you do NOT get coleslaw any longer or a cookie.
I could care less about the cookie, but $10.75 for a breast, wing, potatoes and a drink. I called and told them they made a mistake and the lady said No!
We do NOT give coleslaw any longer with meals. If you want it, it costs extra. I was floored. This is a ridiculous rule now.
I am contacting corporate and complaining and posting on FB on their site. Even the Southside location has it included with their meals and I know each is independently owned, but come one, not a good way to cheat and stiff...
