It's true the styles in this clothing store are OK and range from comfy casual to elegant cruise wear. My problem was with the shopping experience. I felt hovered over and stared at every minute. Normally, this will drive me right out of a store, but I found a sweater I really wanted and our flight was delayed. The shop keeper was on me constantly, insisted on holding my selection even after I tried and said I was keeping. I browsed on to kill time while the other shop keeper gossiped with her friend at the counter even though I was ready to pay and get out. When I would look up to see if there was any progress, I would catch the searing stare of the other woman. Absolutely the most uninviting experience ever. Then, after unpacking from this vacation, I noticed the addendum stapled to my receipt outlining their return policy. Totally ridiculous, addendum on bright paper and big letters stating the exact same information as the sales slip. So, even after having my money, the insults continued. Why I dropped about a 100 bucks here? I now have a great Italian sweater, and because I will never be in Punta Gorda again and certainly will never ever say a kind thing about the women...

The owner acts as if she is above her customers. She hovers constantly and the shopping experience is completely diminished. You do not feel comfortable coming into her store. She asked me if she could help me and I said, well you don’t appear to have my size. She simply walked off. How are you a store owner and have only small and extra small for your inventory?
