I went to this store with my friends and I saw quite a few Costco associates organizing and arranging each cloth on each clothing stand. They ( meaning the Costco associates ) were either stocking more clothes on the stand or rearranging them after customers were done seeing those clothes. I first saw nice Mondetta women pants and I put them in my cart. But then I came across a clothing stand that was displaying 32 Degree Active Flare Women Pants and across from this clothing stand there was another clothing stand that was displaying Danskin Lightweight tights &/or leggings, both ( the 32 degree Active Flare Women Pants & the Danskin Lightweight tights/ leggings ) were being sold at a good price.
So I went back to the clothing stand that was displaying Mondetta Women Pants, I put the Mondetta Women Pants nice and neatly back there. Then I came back to the 32 degree Active Flare women pants clothing stand, I accidentally picked up the wrong size so I nice/ neatly put the wrong size back and picked up the right size. Then I went to the Danskin Lightweight tights/ leggings clothing stand to get them for my cousin's birthday , since I was new to this brand I started to see what material was used to make the legging and I picked up size M, looked at the waistline and thought it was a little too big for my cousin so I nice/ neatly put the M size back and picked up the S size which was a little better comparing to the size M.
During this whole situation , the Costco associate named Amanda ( female with orangeish & pinkish hair also was wearing glasses ) was giving me dirty looks, making me extremely uncomfortable. I think Amanda got irritated that I ruined her way of organizing the Mondetta women pants, 32 degree Active Flare Women Pants and the Danskin Lightweight tights/ leggings when actually I did not ruin them but instead I nice & neatly put each of those clothes correctly back in the right clothing stand that each of those were being displayed at. I do not understand that despite me doing this, she still had the audacity to give me dirty looks. At least I put each of the clothes nice/ neatly back onto the correct clothing stands that each of the clothes were being displayed at.
It is Costco Associates job to neatly rearrange/ re organize the clothes again doesn't matter if the number of times Customers pick up the clothes and put them back annoys &/or irritates Costco Associates like Amanda. Costco associates get paid to do that job. If Costco Associates like Amanda expect customers to do her job for her then what is she getting paid for. Then Customers should get paid if they are doing Amanda's job for her instead of Amanda . I hope Costco Associates like Amanda aren't expecting to get money for free (without doing the job responsibilities that they applied for in the first place) from Costco just for standing and not...

A couple years ago ran into some attitude from someone at the admissions desk.
But today for the first time in more than a decade, I was harrased for pulling up to the door to pickup/load. I pulled up and text my wife that I was at the door while she was checking out, at 4:54. About 4:56-58 a skinny blonde lady came up to my car with an attitude saying I was not allowed to "park" there... said it was an emergency lane and that it was a busy day and that I was in the way. I said I am not in the way and I have always pulled up front. She said there could be an emergency vehicle, I responded with "that's why there is a driver in the seat". I stated if she was speaking about law, I was not breaking any because the law allows pickup/drop-off load/unload with no time restrictions. She litteraly stomped off, not very mature.
A dude came about a minute or two later to say the same, he said it's fine this time. I said, in fact it was fine every other time, it is fine now, and it will be fine every other time. I am not in the way, I am doing no harm, and the law allows me to be in the emergency lane for my given reason. He then said the law doesn't matter, but the law was the reason I needed to move...? Who ever dude was, he didn't have an attitude and clearly didn't even want to approach.
Since when did costco management turn to the same shenanigans as Wal-Mart? My parents had memberships my whole life, I have had my own for over a decade. over all this time I have never seen or had any issues with pulling up to the front. I was there for about 5 minutes, I pulled away and the clock said 5:02. During that time customers freely flowed in and out of the store with no issue. Previously, a vehicle had just...
Read moreI want to leave a review for the Costco Puyallup location. I usually have very positive experiences at this Costco location but today I had a very rude and unprofessional interaction with Adam, the staff member checking receipts at the exit. It is my understanding that you do not have to show proof of membership to purchase food at the food court or to speak with member services. If I was entering the member services area today to purchase a membership and had this interaction, I would have promptly not purchased a membership and never come back. I always get a coffee or snack at the food court before I start my shopping trip. Today I entered the food court area like I have a hundred times before, and Adam came yelling after me, âHey lady! Where are you going? What is your business here!â I was caught off guard at his hostility and told him I was purchasing a coffee before my shopping trip. He in a very rude and unprofessional manner stated, âshow me your IDâ. I showed him my Costco membership and he continued to berate me saying, âThis is the exit, you canât be here, what business do you have here, we need to know where youâre at at all timesâ. There was no reason for him to be rude and unprofessional, I have been a loyal Costco member for years and have never had a problem entering the member services area. This was a horrible Costco experience and I donât feel comfortable returning to this location. Had I been entering the member services area to purchase a membership I would have decided not to based on this level of customer service. I have always complied with all Costco rules, I pay $120 per year for my membership, and I was simply trying to purchase a frozen coffee before continuing my shopping trip. I will not be returning to this...
