Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Puyallup

Just waited 25 minutes for 1 hot dog!! I asked the lady 3 times and she kept saying they were busy and working it, all the while people arriving after me were being served. Finally saw my ticket laying on the counter behind the bags and said I think you guys dropped mine. She says all you had to do was get our attention, really what do you think I was doing? She was VERY rude everytime she talked to me. I wish she was wearing a name tag so I could post her name. If I see her there again I will just skip going there...

I love Costco, but the guy who works at the food court has an attitude that makes me feel uncomfortable everytime I have to ask him for anything.. I literally dread asking him for a straw. I understand we’re trying to save plastic usage but my one year old loves the smoothies and does not know how to drink from the cup without a straw.. It seems like every time I go they are out of something. Tonight, two and a half hours before they closed, I tried to order a whole pizza and a caesar salad 30 minutes before I needed it. They were out of Caesar salad and refused to make any. The excuse was, "We'd have to get everything out to make the salads." With that amount of time left in the night, I don't see the problem.
