TERRIBLE customer service! We tried to reach the manager for two weeks (calling at least twice a day and physically going into the store 4 different times) only to be told he either wasn’t in that day or he was busy. He never once returned my phone calls. We were charged more for our first month than the sales person quoted us. When we tried to work things out with a regular employee he said he had no idea why it was more but we had to speak with his manager to fix it. I would NOT recommend this...

Came in here to get an upgrade and the lady I worked with was very rude and did not seem to want to help us at all. She did not ask any questions and just assumed the size and color I wanted on the phone I picked out. She came out and I asked her what I wanted and was very unpleasant. I’ve called this number 4 times. Sat on hold until they disconnected. We are supposed to be getting a military discount. Have not been getting it. Went into the store and was told my husband needed to come in and show military card. He did this and they said they’d take care of it. Well not taken care of.
