Ivory Tree Portraits — Local services in Radnor Township

Recently my sister and her family had their portraits done at the studio. It took an extremely long time for the items which they ordered - which summed up to a large amount spent - to be produced by the studio. My job in all of this was to pick-up the product and bring it back to my sister as I live closer to the studio then they do. That being said, my sister and brother in-law made several attempts in getting information from the owner. After weeks (almost months) of my sister and brother in-law calling and many different conversations with different people did we finally get the items that we ordered. The owner never spoke to my sister or her husband even after multiple requests and emails asking for her response. The photographer that my sister spoke to was nice and she said that she would make sure everything was ordered properly and that if it needed to be re-ordered, she would do that. Additionally, another employee that I cannot think of what his name is, was extremely nice and helped us through the entire situation. He ensured us that we would get our items. He apologized for the entire screw-up and would be the only employee to do so as the others would seem as if they were blaming us for the issue. That being said, I WILL NEVER TRUST my family with THIS PORTRAIT STUDIO. They seem more focused on business and making money then they do with personal interaction with their costumers. The owner seems only driven if their is an issue where her business cannot make money. The employees range from generically happy to extremely nice. Overall our experience was terrible but the items that the studio eventually produced were beautiful. If you are more concerned with what the outcome of your experience is rather than the actual experience then I would absolutely choose this studio. Anything other than that, I would go somewhere...

My family has had the pleasure of having photos taken by Ivory Tree. The first was in June during a special event - our first professional ones as a family of three. They were so sweet with our toddler and what they captured was incredible. The most recent session was with 3 little cousins; a five-year-old and 2 two-year-olds. As parents, we wanted things to go exactly as planned without any meltdowns and all the cooperation we could get. While we tried to keep our expectations realistic (low), the photographers were so patient, kind and willing to do whatever they could to get photos of little boys who were shy, hungry and hesitant to stand there. When we saw the preview photos, we could have cried. The photos captured their little personalities perfectly. They were amazing and we had a hard time choosing the keepers!

Both of the studios (Newtown and Wayne) are beautiful, clean and so full of natural light. The backdrops are stunning and well thought out. We also loved that it's Women-Owned and a small business.

We hope to return...

I needed new headshots and didn't really know where to go. I thought about taking my own, but there comes a time when you need to get the right shot to really show who you are and what you can give to the world. I reached out to ivory tree-the experience was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. First, scheduling was really easy. Second, the photographer made me feel really comfortable and took the time to make sure that each shot was perfect, knew what to do to help me get the perfect shot and made me feel really good about myself. It was quick too! I expected to be there for a long time (thinking of a "photography shoot" but honestly I was there for no more than 20 minutes) Finally, I received proofs really quickly, choosing them was easy and there was NO pressure. No upsell, no additional charges. The price point was fantastic and worth every penny. I will be sure to treat myself to new headshots every few...
