Great American Pub — Restaurant in Radnor Township

My first time goin to the bar and the security guard has the audacity to say my ID is fake and then proceed to let me in after I protest them to call the police and scan it not only that but they give the only other ethnic people in our group a hard about our IDs. not a good look for first time patrons he was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. not only did he refuse to bring the manager and give his name so I could put in a complaint when requested and wrongfully interrogated he proceeded to make racial remarks to my party and I as we proceeded to the upper deck. The remaining staff on the other hand were great and very welcoming with the food satisfactory but all was spoiled by our initial debacle at check in. after we left the man proceeded to chuckle and hurl insults. all in all DO NOT RECCOMEND security is extremely rude and there are many other venues near without the disrespect served by the great American pub. if you want a drink from a professional establishment without the hassle id much rather recommend Teresa's Cafe or 118 North

Food is always good here. Never know complaints.

Now on another note I'm a route delivery driver who delivers meats to these locations for a company called exceptional Foods. On ex-employee as of this week I left because of things they do wrong, I'm the guy who wore the blue baseball cap and made food deliveries to you. I put a review up on Google review, detailing what goes on behind the scenes.

I wish I was honest earlier to you and everybody else and I'm truly sry for that. Just like I said read the details if you like. I'm very transparent especially when you're messing with other people's food. The big No-No for me and the company refuses to own it and just ignores it.

I'm being super honest and transparent also to the fact I want to know where my Foods coming from at the restaurant I eat at. And I was an employee and I was a customer so take it how you want it I just feel like it was my job to pass this on.

I included my route paperwork so you can see this is no joke. I do Great American pub conshohocken and Great American pub Wayne well I did not know more.

We stopped in for lunch today. First, the service was really good. I usually get an attitude when I ask to be seated at a table rather than a booth in most restaurants. They didn’t hesitate to seat me where I wanted to be seated even though it was in an area that was not being used. I was pleasantly surprised.

We ordered the cheesesteak spring rolls and pierogi for appetizers…they were both excellent. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger for my meal. The burger was a bit over cooked, and it was put on a roll that was really doughy. That was not my favorite. We also had coffee and dessert. The coffee was great, and was actually from a brewed pot of coffee, not a Keurig! The chocolate cake was good and went well with the coffee.

Overall the food was good and the service was excellent. The restaurant itself was nice and has a bar atmosphere. My one complaint is that the bathroom is not accessible. There were two super tight stalls and no way for people with limited mobility to...
