The reason I gave this three stars , the clothes selection are great. I would have given 4 stars, but reduced to three stars; because of the one negative individual ,that volunteers , works in the back office. All the other ladies are kind, and extremely helpful. The mean, rude, unfriendly person has been like this everytime I am there. I ponder how hard it must be on a daily basis to behave like this in such a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Was NOT given a contract that apparently says you have 14 days to pick up your item or it “belongs to the shop”. Was not even told that verbally! Was not even given a courtesy call that my 14 days was up and the dishes would be taken off the selling shelves. Was told “That’s your responsibility. We are too busy to call customers”. The shop only allows 15 items per consignment, and the contract lasts six weeks.
