Bonobos is a perfect match for technology and old-school service. They are very professional and customer-focused! Bonobos is a new approach to retail. Yes, they are more of a tech company, but they understand how to treat their customers. What to expect: Walk in, and a friendly customer service person will properly fit you to ensure the item they will ship fits. Yes, I said ship, except whatever you buy would be sent to you. I am a size 4 X and a larger pants size. Side note the three more popular stores next to them do not have the size I need. My order took three days to arrive. My pants were awesome. Bonobos had ten different colors in this one style of pants to choose from, and I love how they feel and wear. They just started last fall with more large-size shirts, so expect more choices soon, but I was able to find a few I liked; please add more fabrics. Had a great experience at this store. Bonobos clothes are great quality and they have a lot of different fits. I made sure to take my time finding the fit I wanted and the employees were nothing but spectacular! They didn’t blink an eye after trying on at least 6 pairs of pants in different size until I found the one that fit best.

During my time, employees were attentive but not too push. They didn’t have a power spike which took down their systems, but this stuff happens and we went shopping further to other stores. When we came back, they helped me order what I wanted and the process was quick and painless. Shopping should always be this easy and kindness goes along way. So excited that this opened in Raleigh. For those who might not be familiar, Bonobos is a fresh take on shopping for clothes for men. Kind of like a cool in-between of online shopping (convenience) and brick and mortar (trying things on in person). Colin was the guide/stylist there for me and my friend that day. He was helpful, friendly, and didn’t pressure us to to buy anything we were unsure about. I did end up getting a few things, and I’m really loving them.
